We shopped around, and we ended up going with a cheap place. What a mistake! First off, they had the machine set to 20 copies from the order before ours, and the guy didn't reset it. Now we have almost two dozen kittens - WAY more than we wanted! They were gonna try to charge us extra, but it was their mistake, and they backed down when I said my brother in law is a lawyer who isn't disbarred. Furthermore, they're all a little darker than Fluffy - as if we wouldn't know the difference! Also, one of the cats got jammed in the machine (literally!), and didn't make it, and the five that came out after that have little white streaks! I am *so* mad. Has anyone else had an experience like this? Maybe we can organize a class action suit. -s
